Some Festival, Somewhere, Thursday FT

Some shows seemed similar, blending into each other until Envy's recent past seemed like one big blur of stages and stages and stages that were all essentially the same.

And then some shows were wholly special. Some shows happened during sunset on stages under a big tent, with a gentle breeze blowing from the ocean. Some shows had Envy jumping and bouncing around the stage in her short sequined dress and feeling happy.

Some shows made it feel like everything was possible.

Some shows made it feel like it didn't matter whether everything was possible, because this was all that mattered. The stage and the breeze and the sunset and the sequins, and the roar and energy and smiles of the crowd.

This made everything else worth it.

Envy shuddered. There was going to be a bruise, and the skin was sensitive and tingling and yes, those were things she liked, even if themore psychological aspects that tended to go with them for her weren't in place right now.

As for the undressing, thank God. She shifted, trying to kick the panties away while widening her stance just a little. Like an invitation to see how wet she was.

Some insecurities aside, he'd been doing well at getting her going.

Peter's gaze slid up, and yes, he could most certainly see.

Touch, too, two of his fingers sliding between her folds.

And it was most appreciated. In the form of a moan. "Now we're getting somewhere." It was a show of appreciation as well as a taunt all in one. Not to be taken as anything but playful - she knew he knew his moves had worked on her so far.

She breathed deep, looking down at him.

Peter met her gaze, a slight smile playing across his features. One of his fingers slid into her, slow and careful-- then he pressed that smile against her clit.

As much as she liked looking at his smile... that was also not a bad use for it. Not bad at all.

Peter gripped her hip with his free hand as she talked, dismissing it as anything requiring a reply. He put his mouth to use as she'd liked it recently, his finger sliding into her unhuried as he reacquainted himself with her taste.

Booty calls weren't that bad, as it transpired.

Envy liked replies just fine, but sometimes they didn't need to be actual words. So this worked just fine, for now. The noise she made sounded a fair bit like 'unf' with a bite on her lip, so it wasn't like she was talking there either.

She was warm under his tongue and around his finger, and getting slicker. And her free hand settled on top of his.

Peter didn't intend to linger here forever.

But while he was there-- he pressed against her with the flat of his tongue, explored her skin around his finger. Back up, to suck, laving attention on her.

Envy wasn't expecting or even wanting forever. But while he was there, damn right she was enjoying it. And making it known with her breathing getting a little heavier, and the little noises of pleasure she was making - including the little whimpers at the sucking.

Her fingers kneaded the back of his hand on her hip.

Peter managed one last, long lick, from his fingers to her mound.

Then he tilted his head back up and bit her stomach, sucked on it right after, the way he'd just figured out worked well on her.

Envy huffed in a breath. Her nails dug into the back of his hand. Not too hard, but still.

He was getting the hang of it.

Peter left his fingers where they were, moving slowly in and out of her. But he rose steadily, leaving a trail of marks and bites up her body.

Envy watched him making his way up with rapt attention, her breath hitching a little here and there with some of the bites - as well as the movements of his fingers. She rolled her hips against those a couple of times. Subtle movements, angling for more.

There was an aspect missing here, from the marks. But she'd bring that up... at some other time.

Peter pressed a lighter kiss against her neck, fumbling for his pocket as he finally removed his fingers.

He pressed a foil square into her hand, a question as much as anything.

Envy's fingers closed around it, the 'yes' implicit and just as quiet as the question.

Not that she left it at that. She took her chance to press a kiss against the side of his neck, in turn. And then a little lick upwards to his ear. Her breath was warm and her voice was a whispered version of the one she liked to use to make people think about moments like this. The people who actually got to hear her use that voice in moments like this were rare.

"So you'd like to fuck me," she said, lightly. But like she was smirking. "Hm?"

"I thought that was implied," Peter said, his voice a little unsteady, but holding. "Though I could imply it harder."

His still-wet fingers trailed up her side.

Envy shivered. Hard to mask that with anything when she was standing there naked, so she didn't even try.

But her own hand pressed against his stomach, then made its way lower. Cupping him through his pants.

Rubbing just a little, too. "Or you could skip implying," she whispered. "And just tell me."

Peter's mouth curved. He was hard under her touch, but he didn't see how that would be a surprise to anyone involved. "I want to fuck you," he whispered back. "Preferably somewhere horizontal, but I'm open to suggestions."

Sometimes the lack of a surprise was the best thing.

Envy's smirk turned into a smile, not that he could see it. "Horizontal can be arranged," she said, giving him a nudge in the general direction of the bedroom. "I'll show you the wonders of the vertical at some other point. Because there are some."

"I remember some from high school. Vaguely," Peter said, taking her direction. He walked into the bedroom, stripping off his pants as he went. "But it doesn't feel like that kind of night."

They weren't quite as intimate yet as they had been, back before she was Envy, but he wasn't here for an impersonal screw up against a wall.

It also didn't feel like the kind of night for Envy explaining to him that it wasn't impersonal if you did it right.

(She was a connoisseur.)

She padded in after him, behind him – and once his pants were off, took the chance to wrap her arms around him from behind, pressing chest to back and resting her chin against his shoulder.

In Peter's defense, he'd had sex with two women in his life, and one of them had never had anything remotely resembling an interest in personal.

(Not that Peter had cared at the time.)

"Hi there," he said, his hand sliding down over one of hers. The press of her breasts against his back was... pretty nice, actually.

Envy was interested in personal. Very, very interested. That was a part of why she was doing what she was doing right now, too.

"Hello," she replied, and pressed a kiss to the curve where his neck met his shoulder. "Peter."

Peter's mouth quirked into something of a smile. "And now you've got an advantage on me," he teased, affection creeping into his voice.

"How so?" Envy murmured, skimming her hand down his stomach. "Not that I don't feel like I have an advantage on you more often than not."
