The Mainland, Monday Evening
Dec. 17th, 2012 08:39 pmNot a great day to be Natalie. After the trainwreck that had been Seattle in the morning, she'd come back to Fandom because going home hadn't been an option. She'd fed Mr. Moxy, gathered up what few possessions of Sam's were scattered around the room and put them in a box in the closet, and then she forced the dark cloud above her head to dissipate.
It took about three hours for her to get that calm.
After that, she'd headed to the mainland because being around the dorms felt like too much. She'd been here ever since. Just... walking. Now that it was getting darker, there was one change. She'd called Jace. A long time ago, he'd told her he'd go out drinking with her once she came to her inevitable unhappy ending. She was cashing that in now. So, she was waiting where she'd said she'd wait, her hands in her jacket pockets. There were a few bars nearby, and she had a fake ID in her wallet.
It had been there since the last boy she'd dated. About time to use it again, wasn't it?
[ooc: NFB, and for the little bro!]
